Bodybuilding Seven mandatory poses. Muscle, symmetry, conditioning.
Bodybuilding is judged on muscularity, symmetry, conditioning and presentation through seven mandatory poses. Athletes also perform a 60–90 second posing routine to music.
Attire: Posing trunks. No jewellery permitted on stage.
